The stone, the wood, the white walls, the windows, the texture - the pool! It even has a little girl room for our little girl. The details are amazing. The kitchen island is literally the best I have ever seen. It's everything I want. AND it's in the South of France. Yes, that all equals one thing: Perfect Home.
